We’re Robert Kraft and Joe Long — Austin locals who believe property management should feel like a true partnership, not a handoff to a faceless company.

Robert brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and Airbnb management, having successfully managed properties across Austin and built long-term relationships with owners who value consistency, communication, and results. Joe brings over 5 years of sales and marketing experience with a Fortune 500 company, focused on growth, strategy, and delivering measurable value.

Together, we combine over 10 years of property management experience, helping owners maximize income while minimizing stress. Until recently, our business grew almost entirely through referrals, thanks to strong performance and trust built with our partners. As demand continued to grow, we decided it was time to expand and help more owners bridge the gap between earning additional monthly income and managing the time, organization, and unexpected challenges that come with running a successful short-term or long-term rental.

We live, work, and spend our time all over Austin and that local knowledge matters. From understanding neighborhood demand to pricing strategy and guest expectations, we take a hands-on, local-first approach that larger management companies simply can’t replicate.

While the majority of our clients operate short-term rentals, we also manage long-term properties and help owners evaluate which option makes the most financial sense for their situation. Our goal is always the same: keep your money coming in, protect your investment, and give you your time back.

Outside of work, we’re both active and deeply connected to the community. Joe is a former high school history teacher and lacrosse coach who grew up playing ice hockey and lacrosse, continued playing in college, and now enjoys golfing, running, and live music around Austin. Robert spends his free time golfing, fishing, exploring Austin’s food scene (Leroy & Lewis is a favorite), and catching a Mets game or a Round Rock Express game with friends.
